The tools are used by customers of Eurocash Dystrybucja, Eurocash Cash&Carry, Eurocash Serwis and Eurocash Gastronomia. They help them to easily and quickly purchase products available from the aforementioned business units. Handlu (IPH)

Innowacyjna Platforma Handlu (The Innovative Trade Platform), IPH, is a platform aimed at supporting the development of independent stores. A package of tools offered on the platform helps, for example, improve sales, increase business competitiveness, and improve customer understanding. The IPH gives entrepreneurs access to tools such as: 

EuroPlatform: a modern and professional system for implementing the chain's commercial offer. It combines a number of functions for improving the store's promotional policy. The user can intuitively implement attractive promotions organised directly by the Chain Organiser. In addition, price lists and posters can be quickly generated. The unique promotional offer the chain makes available on the platform allows the store to build customer loyalty, as well as attract new clients. The store owner also receives clear reports, which allow them to verify the effectiveness of their promotional campaigns.

Mobile and loyalty application: the application offered by IPH can be easily adapted to the chain's needs. The application features a loyalty card, dedicated promotions, newsletters, as well as the option to open a chat with the selected store. The colours, logos and section names are set individually. Also, the store can publish not only the chain's promotions, but also its own, e.g. for local products or fresh produce, which are a distinguishing feature of independent stores. The IPH platform ensures application’s visuals, its implementation, as well as IT support at the work stage, and a support hotline after the app's launch.
