Management

Since 1 January 2022, he has been the President of the Eurocash Group's Management Board. In recent years, he has been active in the financial sector. In 2017-20, he was the president of the PZU Group, while earlier, from 2016, he was the CIO and president of the Management Board of PZU Życie. Between 2015 and 2016, he was an advisor to the President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski and the director of corporate and investment banking for Germany. In 2013-15, he was working in the automotive industry as a member of the Management Board of Boryszew Group and president of the management boards of its subsidiaries in the automotive sector. In the 2007-13 period, he was a financial advisor at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Paweł Surówka graduated from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS). His study history also includes the Ludwig Maximilian Universität LMU in Munich and Harvard Kennedy School. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certificate.

She graduated from Foreign Trade at PSSiJO in Warsaw. She started her first job at Johnson & Johnson Poland sp. z o.o., where she worked from 1989 to 1997 and in the last period as Human Resources Manager. In 1997, she moved to Poznań to become the HR Director to take up the challenge of expansion on the Polish market of hypermarkets, wholesalers and discount chains for Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja. In the last period of her work for Jeronimo Martins she was a Member of the Board - HR Director. In 2003, she took the position of the Corporate Director for Personnel at ZF Polpharma S.A. From January 1, 2004, she is a Member of the Board with the Eurocash Group.

As a member of the Eurocash Group's Management Board, he is responsible for wholesale operations. His experience includes over 20 years in the FMCG industry. He has been working within the Eurocash Group since 1999. Since 2009, he has been managing the Eurocash Group's business units – initially Eurocash Serwis, and starting from 2013, Eurocash Dystrybucja.

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management at the Poznań University of Technology.

As a member of the Management Board of the Eurocash Group, he is responsible for the retail segment. His managerial experience spans many years, including functions in management boards and supervisory boards of limited companies. In April 2018, he joined the Eurocash Group as the President of the Management Board of Eurocash Serwis. In the 2013-18 period, he was working for Eton Park Fund as Vice President of RUCH S.A., where his responsibilities covered operations, press management, logistics and multi-channel e-commerce. In the 2012-16 period, he was on the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland and the Globe Trade Center. Earlier, in 2007-13, he was a member of the Management Board of NFI EMPIK Media & Fashion, where his responsibilities included operations, IT and supply chain operations. In the 1998-2007 period, he held the post of managing director of the industry and trade consulting department at Accenture.


He is a graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology, the Management Accounting and Controlling Faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at the IESE University of Barcelona.

He graduated from IT studies at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. During the years 1996-2008 he worked as a consultant in the field of IT and management successively at Comarch and Accenture. Among others, he dealt with implementation of projects for clients from the FMCG sector for European markets. He has been working at the Eurocash Group since 2008.

He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking. Before starting employment at the Eurocash Group, he was the CFO CEE, Member of the Management Board and Member of the financial management team in Europe with Sanitec Koło (part of the Sanitec Group). In previous years, he worked in companies from the Enterprise Investors portfolio. He was, among others, Financial Director at Magellan S.A., he was also CFO, CEO and Member of the Board at Messenger Services STOLICA.

Mr. Szymon Mitoraj is responsible for digitalization in the Eurocash Group. Mr. Szymon Mitoraj has been involved in the financial sector for 19 years, holding management positions in the areas of retail banking, digitalization and IT. From 2020 to 2023, he served as Vice-president of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, where he was responsible for digital transformation, sales and service channels, products and marketing of retail banking. Prior to joining Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, i.e. from 2018 to 2020, he served as Managing Director of IT and Chief Data Officer of the PZU Group, where he was responsible for the IT area of the PZU Group. Prior to that, he was involved 14 years with ING Group in Poland and Thailand, where he held roles related to building, developing and digitizing retail banking in the aspects of channel, product and commercialization, including as supervisor of the online and mobile retail banking area from 2011 to 2018 at ING Poland.

Mr. Szymon Mitoraj graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice and the Institute of Technology Sligo in Ireland.

He graduated from the Faculty of Brewery and obtained a PhD from the Technical University of Berlin. He worked in the RA Oetker Group in various managerial positions. In 1985 ccommenced work at Metro SB-Großmärkte, where he held managerial positions in a number of companies belonging to the Metro group in Germany and abroad. With the establishment of Metro AG in 1996, he joined the Management Board of the Company, which he managed from 1999-2007 as the President of the Management Board. Currently, he is a member of supervisory boards of a number of international companies.

Mr. Francisco José Valente Hipólito dos Santos has a third-level education with a specialist area in Business Management. He completed his studies in 1984 at the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon (Universidade Católica Portuguesa). Between 1999 and 2003 he was a member of the management board of Barclays Bank in Portugal. In years 2003 and 2006 he was managing Marketing Department in Banco Espirito Santo PLC and between 2007 and 2011 he was director in Savings Department of that bank. In the period of 2011 – 2012 Mr Santos was Managing Director in Banco BEST PLC. Since the beginning of 2013 he was a Non-managing Director and management board advisor to international cases in Banco Espirito Santo PLC until August 2014, when he assumed the function of Compliance Officer at Novo Bonco, which he held until June 2017. Then he held managerial positions in many companies from various sectors, including the real estate, travel and FMCG sector.

Mr. Francisco José Valente Hipólito dos Santos since 2013, he is a member of the Eurocash Supervisory Board.

Mr. Jorge Mora was born in Washington DC. April 16, 1967. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Business degree in 1989 and from the Wharton School of Business with an MBA in 1993. He has over 25 years of experience working in International corporate advisory and private equity investing. Most recently he was Vice-Chairman and Senior Managing Director of Macquarie Capital in the USA. Prior to that he was the Group Head of Financial Sponsor coverage at Lazard and before that a Managing Director at UBS. Currently he is active on several not-for-profit Boards and is the President of Pace Ventures, a company focused on art related investments.

Mr. Przemysław Budkowski graduated in 2005 from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Economics in Poznań. In the years 2005 –2009, he was the Product Marketing Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at Google. In 2009-2018, he was associated with the Allegro Group, where in 2009-2011 he held the position of Marketing Director and then President of the Management Board. Przemysław Budkowski is an expert in marketing and e-commerce. Mr Przemysław Budkowski has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Eurocash since 20 October 2020.
